I don’t know about that. But here’s the thing. The Monroe Doctrine had two important parts. We told Europe not to interfere in the Americas. And in return, we would not interfere in Europe.
We broke that second part 106 years ago by entering WW 1. And we’ve broken it many, many times since. So we really can’t complain about anything here.
