As much as I would love to see that, Biden would be declared incompetent to stand trial.

Those behind the scene no longer control events. At some point they may become desperate.
They have already crossed one line unwisely they may believe that they can cross that final line to silence President Trump.
I would advise them not to take that step.
Students of history have noted that great changes in nations often occur unexpectedly when something happens that may appear trivial turns out to be anything but. These are often called “black swan” events or “tipping points”.
The thing with tipping points is that they are just a catalyst that releases the energy that makes the change, there is no controlling what follows.
Like the world leaders leading up to the Great War (WWI) who thought they were controlling events, the current elite power brokers working behind the scene think they are controlling events. News flash, they are not. They are as wrong today as they were over a hundred years ago.
There is time to avert what is destined to happen, and it would not take much. A single federal judge could rule that the prosecution of President Trump (and his staff) is with out merit and dismiss all charges.
Will they do it? Not likely as they believe they can control it.
As the saying goes, “hang on, we are in for a bumpy ride.”

That mugshot reminds me of a scene from the movie “A Bronx Tale”. The one where a bunch of bikers get rowdy in a mafia bar. The “big man”, Sonny, politely asks them to leave. They disrespectfully refuse. So Sonny walks over to the front door, locks it and says “now youze can’t leave”. Sonny’s crew then enters the bar and beats the tar out of the bikers.
President Trump had that same look on his face that Sonny had, after he locked the door.
