A transgender sorority member accused of acting inappropriately towards other female members recently scored a legal victory.
On Friday, a federal judge in Wyoming dismissed a lawsuit that was brought by members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority at the University of Wyoming attempting to have a transgender woman removed from the Greek life organization.
The dismissal by the judge comes shortly after members of the sorority the lawsuit against the the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and the transgender member, identified as Artemis Langford, saying that her membership should be voided over her gender.
In March, members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority filed the lawsuit against the organization and Langford saying that Langford is a man and that "Kappa Kappa Gamma limits membership to women only. Under the Sorority's Bylaws, every new member must be 'a woman.'...A woman is an adult human female. An adult human male is not a woman, no matter how he chooses to describe himself."
The lawsuit went on to state that Langford was admitted to the sorority through its council president and a vote from other members. However, after Langford was admitted to the sorority, many members said they felt unconformable by Langford's behavior.......
"The University of Wyoming chapter voted to admit - and, more broadly, a sorority of hundreds of thousands approved - Langford. With its inquiry beginning and ending there, the Court will not define "woman" today.

That said it is a sad state of the judicial system that the courts cannot define a woman. (call out to the latest SCOTUS member).
"Other" female members.
Wrong.
"Other" implies that the tranny with a male member is female.
That is false. The author is lying.
If he gets a stiffy in the presence of females, he must be that rare type...a male lesbian.
Vote with your feet, Ladies. Don’t play their sick game.
This is not the same sorority that your Mom and your Grandma went to 45 years ago. Only the name remains.
There are other ways than a law suit to achieve their objective. Perhaps they need to recall their mean girl middle school years and put that to work.
Asking for a friend...
Don’t see this situation ending well.
Actually, they are very common.
A majority of the population.
It’s hard to find sympathy in this case. Women generally are more sympathetic to these pervs. (not all thankfully. There are still many women that still know right from perv)
Another fault is with the academia environment and their inclusivity culture.
Combine these two and you have conditions ripe for this type of twisted logic believing that a bunch of sanctioned pervs are actually women.
This case had no business in a courtroom in the first place. These whining losers should deal with their own issues without resorting to stupid lawsuits like this.
That bit of surgery is part of the transition, right?
I'm sure it was appropriate.
This situation points to the obvious disconnect we have with our so-called conservative congressmen. They vote for the Demonrat judicial candidates so they don’t piss off their good buddies on the evil side of the aisle.
Yet we have a candidate that said “Use whatever restroom you want” (and film it for the press) at his hotel to a transvestite (Bruce Jenner) and then invited She/He/IT to judge a beauty contest.
When you’re with your wife, it’s very appropriate.
I can’t speak for the propriety of any of the participants in this matter; but we definitely have here a case of erection interference.
They didn’t vote him in. Their idiotic National told them they must accept him.
it’s only moments until the national chapter de-lists this chapter for intolerance.
Feminazi’s are behind this transgender movement. Deal with the consequences gals.
To all Democrats, socialists, RINOs, liberals, etc.: Duh. Morons.
This sounds like a hard situation to deal with!
I joked in the early eighties about wanting to join a sorority.
But it was only a joke, even mentally disturbed people back then knew it wouldn’t be a reality .
