Proud Boy Dominic Pezzola sobbed in a Washington, D.C., courtroom on Friday, as he asked a federal judge for leniency in his Jan. 6 sentence and vowed to stay out of politics in the future.
However, after receiving a 10-year prison sentence, Pezzola reportedly raised his fist and shouted, “Trump won,” as he left the courtroom, according to WUSA. The 46-year-old, who smashed a Capitol window with a stolen police riot shield, stood trial alongside four other members of the Proud Boys earlier this year in one of the most high-profiles cases related to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol.

I think 10 years is too harsh a punishment but play stupid games, win stupid prizes. :(

this is why no mercy should be shown for those involved in weaponizing the justice system.
When will people realize that a two tiered justice system is how a civil war is fought in modern day?
If you were a uniformed soldier, fighting a war on another continent, and you knew that the enemy was vicious and barbaric, it would affect how you approached things. If you were captured, or if you surrendered, the enemy would torture you to death. So why surrender? Why allow yourself to be captured? Fight to the death. Fight to the last bullet. Hold a grenade and set it off as the enemy reaches out to grab you.
Under the conditions in which we find ourselves, our enemies will not show us any mercy at all. Will this affect how we approach things?
That peaceful, unarmed demonstration in Washington on Jan 6 2021 achieved nothing at all. I really would not try that approach again. Even what this Proud Boy did — stealing a police shield? Smashing a window? I’m afraid actions like that will get you nowhere. Time to think differently.

The problem is this was a setup and those who fell for it are paying a very heavy price. Communists play for keeps. We have enough weepers on our side as it is though. Cue Tom Hanks....there is no crying in politics.
I’m still trying to figure out what Proud Boys are, where they came from, how they got national attention and why we care.
This what a Stalinist show trial looks like. The sentences are draconian, meant to make an example of Trump supporters. BLM and Antifa terrorists get off Scott free for doing much worse. I hope Trump gets to pardon these boys.
