Friday, during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s “America Reports,” 2024 Republican presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy said that not only could he win the 2024 presidential election, but he would win it in a “landslide.”
According to Ramaswamy, a landslide would be required to “reunite this country.”
"Where do you differentiate yourself with the former President Donald Trump?” “America Reports” co-host Sandra Smith asked.
“I’m 38 years old,” Ramaswamy replied. “I have fresh legs. We are reaching the next generation of young Americans. That is why I can win this election in a landslide in a way that no other candidate can. Look at the way we’re running this campaign. I have gone to the inner city of Chicago, Kensington in the middle of Philadelphia, places where traditional Republican candidates dare not touch.”

Swami came from out of nowhere to the top of the heap in a matter of months. That does not happen organically. That only happens when there is a hidden force operating somewhere in the background.

If Trump wasn’t in the race I would vote for Vivek before DeSantis (and the rest of the Republican field) easily. Doesn’t mean that I trust him implicitly it just means he would have a hard time going back on what he has said were his policy proposals during the campaign. And I like what he has proposed.
I can definitely see that, siphoning off some Republican votes and reaping a fortune in campaign contributions.
GOP thinks they have a deal with the Democrats to preserve the RINOs in Congress as a token kowtowing "Opposition" if they just smile and let the Party work its will. In truth the GOP has no consciousness of history or they would know that once the Party has complete control, which will probably happen with November 2024 the token opposition will not be a necessary show window any more and will be dispensed with.

I’m with you- don’t want one with a very Indian sounding name nor a Hindu as president. We already had a ‘foreigner’ as president and we’re still paying for that malady.
Basically any Republican running is counting on Trump being out of the picture, because it’s the only chance they’ve got.

Yep, I don’t trust him and how he came out of nowhere so fast. He is smooth and I do believe he has studied Trump.

This guy is not from the Swamp. He’s never held political office. Nothing else matters among the Swamp filth also-rans.
I think he could run more to who he is as the third party “none of the above” Candidate, and it would be a threatening calculation for both the GOP and the Dims as to how much of the independent voters he would get and who that would hurt most. If he did that he would be a “spoiler” but for whom is anyone’s guess.
Why would you vote for Vivek? He’s not eligible. He’s not an Article 2 Section 1 natural born Citizen. Your vote would be subverting the Constitution.
