The online job search company Indeed is offering transgender employees who seek gender-affirming care, a $10,000 benefit to cover expenses needed to relocate to a place that provides 'care' and 'support.'

Indeed's 'gender-affirming care relocation benefit' initiative went into effect in July, the company told Axios in a statement last week.

A company contacted me from having my resume on their. Monster and Career Builder had spam jobs with lots of temp agencies reposting. Indeed brings all jobs from different boards and the company’s website.

I’m having a hard time understanding how this is in any way legit.

They are discriminatorily providing a signing bonus to a small minority of people, while discluding anyone else that may take a job in the same locale.
