A suspected overnight Ukrainian missile and drone attack on the Crimean port of Sevastopol has reportedly damaged a landing ship and submarine belonging to the Russian Black Sea Fleet, in what appears to be the latest blow inflicted by Kyiv against Moscow's navy.

The Russian state-run Tass news agency reported that the overnight attack injured 24 people in Sevastopol, with Moscow-installed city governor Mikhail Razvozhaev blaming a "missile attack." Photos and videos of the port showed a series of explosions and fires raging around the docks. The first strikes were reported at around 3 a.m. local time. Tass reported witnesses hearing around 10 explosions.

The Russian Defense Ministry said Sevastopol was attacked by three naval drones and 10 cruise missiles. In a statement, the ministry said that all unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed, along with seven cruise missiles. The target, it added, was the S. Ordzhonikidze ship repair plant.

Razvozhaev posted a photo from the scene appearing to show the side of a Ropucha-class large landing ship that sustained damage, The New York Times reported. The Russian Baza news outlet reported that the damaged landing ship was the Minsk, and that the Kilo-class Rostov-on-Don attack submarine was also hit.

Russians don’t have nuke subs in the Black Sea.
Kilo class are diesel boats.

Damage like this ups the stakes. The United States may as well be pulling the trigger. Ukraine is not allowed to target St. Petersburg or Moscow, but we provide the intelligence and targeting data coordinates.

Biden and his admin talked about how Russia would collaspe and be defeated by the Ukrainian proxy army. Our diplomacy is a clown show these days. We have unserious people whose expertise is in day-to-day DNC election operations, and this extra-legal CONUS type operations do not translate well into International Politics.

Obama started this mess in 2009. Brics was brain-childed in 2009. The petrodollar is dead. The USD is no longer the World’s Reserve currency. Over half the population of the planet will now trade using Gold as the benchmark for their currencies until they can work out some sort of EURO-Type currency. SWIFT was a great invention back in the late 90’s, from what a lifelong friend who worked there tells me, it gave the West control of World finances for the most part.

Our obsession to destroy Russia (some of our so-called elites) is becoming a danger to the human race. Since WWII nobody in the West until the Biden Admin talked about winning a limited nuclear conflict. I never trusted Gen Miley, especially knowing his classmate is the FAG in DRAG wearing military rank - we have mentially unstable people running the country. Obama’s LGBT diplomacy linkes all agreements or AID packages, and now he has been outed by the powers to be - more insanity.

Some are saying these missiles were a signal from the West (Call it DC) that there is a price to pay for helping North Korea. That we are going to give full support with missiles to Ukraine. All the hard work of the United States in Korea has gone puff overnight. Russia is going to bail out the N.K. economy and provide food and farming assistance, among other obvious aspects of the agreement. We worked so hard to unite North and South Korea, essentially straving the North to death in hopes of collaspe. Our Amature Biden Diplomatic Team’s shortsightness is beyond comprehension.

Team Biden has no patience and has sacrificed our nation’s oil backup, our artillery and ammo, and most importantly any trust our adversaries and the Third World have for the US. In a nutshell, the United States has lost its reputation.

Since the Korean and Viet Nam War’s, we have managed our economy and diplomacy as a fine Art; Biden has destroyed the USD and middle class.

Good for Ukraine, they got the good news this morning. But at what price.

We know Russia is patient. They have gone slow. Nobody could have predicted tha pace of this war. The floodgate is about to break. Twenty-million artillery rounds to Russia. Combinded with the 200 tanks they build monthly, and the thousand or so missiles, and 700,000 soldiers that did not exist in May, after December 2023 another 500,000 will be ready. Joe Biden cannot execute the much talked about PIVOT TO CHINA for war, run a winning election campaign, with Russia not cooperating - Blinkin was told yesterday there would not be a PAUSE. We wake up to this.

Just look at the Putin-Kim summit taking place as we speak. Lavrov said no sanctions on weapon technology for North Korea anymore.

Biden’s diplomacy just keeps getting worst. Saudi Arabia has not announced they will not accept US paper payments for Oil. The petrodollar is gone in a “BLINKIN” second.

Our obsession to destroy Russia

more paranoid nonsense

let's not forget ... Russia started a war against a sovereign European country by illegally invading, and now Western countries are merely helping Ukraine to fight back

and nobody would be fighting Russia now if Russia hadn't started this war ... Russia has no one but itself to blame for the current mess it's in

Quite right. The only difference between this and the first Gulf War is, NATO is defending a NATO partner where Putin forgets his own country SIGNED UP TO IT when it signed the Budapest Memorandum.

Russia agreed in writing that if anyone invaded Ukraine then Ukraine could call on the USA and UK.

Actually, so did China, and that agreement would be triggered if Russia went to the nuclear option.

Russia f’d about too much, thinking that we break our treaties as easily as they do... same brainless mentality as Saddam in 1990.

And they’re surprised when they are find out there are consequences.

The Kilo was new, laid down in 2011, launched in 2014 and a platform for launching Kalibr cruise missiles.

Some admiral heads are gonna roll on this one.

You must be kidding. What happened beforehand?

Kinda like saying the United States overthrew the democratically elected president of Ukraine and hand picked Zelensky.... oh wait we have tape of Vicky Newland admittedly stating this.

You are psycotic.

What happened beforehand?

when the old Soviet Union broke up (1991), Russia promised to respect Ukraine's sovereignty in return for Ukraine giving up its nukes

and then Russia violated that promise by secretly attacking in 2014 with the "little green men"

that's what

I wonder if the timing of the attack was designed to minimize or maximize casualties. Were crewmen living aboard the ships under repair? Were workers on a night shift present?

Didn’t NATO make the statement and promises broken to not move one inch into the old USSR. Bosnia and a lot of western lies led to the GRAND MINSK II DECEPTION forcing this war on Russia. Russia was more patient than even NATO expected.

Soon you’ll be hearing about Ukrainian units under withdrawal and colaspe north and south of Backmut! A rout is on.
