In 2021, New York voters rejected a ballot referendum that would have allowed the Legislature to pass a law allowing voters to request and vote with an absentee ballot, without needing to cite a reason. Hochul by-passes the will of the people.

The Big Steal is on!
But NY is hostile territory anyway, so all this will do is make sure that downstate races can be gleefully stolen.

I wonder if this is in violation of the NYS Constitution like it was in Pennsylvania and other states.

PEOPLE have been voting IN PERSON in the USA for over 250 years.
THEY WERE NOT ‘TOO BUSY” TO DO SO.

Glad to see Republicans are making an effort. If litigation fails in New York, the Republicans need to boycott the elections there.

I am not sure what l good that does. The Democrats would lose legitimacy. More Republicans, especially younger folks will be encouraged to relocate to Red states

Once an election is stolen, it ain’t gonna be un-stolen.
Not “within the current paradigm”, to borrow a term.
