A strike is seen as the last resort that unionized workers have when bargaining with the, “evil company!’
I say, “stay at the bargaining table and hammer the differences out . Be realistic, both sides, and don’t hamstring the company or the union.
Unfortunately, the leaders will not bend and a strike happens, crippling both company and worker. Who wins? Neither side. Who suffers? The Public.
It is difficult to bargain with people who don’t understand business. In the end,
the unions are a plague to our economy.
