The PAC supporting Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ 2024 presidential bid will release an ad Friday in gas stations across Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.
The political marketing will share his plan to try to bring gas prices down to $2.00 per gallon by 2025.

“People are hurting,” DeSantis states in the new ad. “My vision is open up energy. Let’s get back to $2.00 a gallon for gas, that’s what the American people need. We will be energy dominant again in this country.”

EXCLUSIVE: DeSantis PAC Launches New Energy Ads In Gas Stations
Good ad. I don’t know how well it well help him. When people see that ad, how many of them will say, “yeah, lower gas prices like we had .... under Trump” ?
Trump already did that. Biden ruined it.
Everyone should take a good look at the energy policy @RonDeSantis has been pushing in Florida.
To act like he hasn’t pushed the same awful policies of the left is nonsense.
“$2 gas by 2025”

Look for blowback on the gas stations that agree to allow the add.
>> “yeah, lower gas prices like we had .... under Trump”
BINGO!
Cool, Ron... now do homeowners insurance.
Ron DeSantis still wasting other people’s money. 😏
Most of the time I ignore those ads. If I do happen to hear it, I make a point to NOT purchase whatever they are selling. Similar to telemarketers, pollsters. Please do not bother me. I will reach out to you when I am good and ready. I will definitely reach out to your competitors if you persist.
Speaking of pollsters, I had a marvelous method of dealing with those busy bodies walking the neighborhood with their clipboard and lanyard. Often, their attitude is so obnoxious, I just had to futz with them. One year, when I noticed them nearby, I prepared my own clipboard and list of questions. I decided to forgo the lanyard. When they knocked on the door, I answered, and then asked them to wait a moment. I picked up my clipboard and started to interact with them. I first asked for their full name. I made sure they could see I was writing it all down. I then for a supervisor’s name. Sometimes they remember, sometimes not. The next question usually ends the interaction. I ask for their Social Security number. They are always taken a back by this question. I say something akin to ‘we cannot proceed until I verify your information.’ No one has yet provided their SS number, but they do go away.
Too much fun!
Gas station ads are among the most annoying creations of all time. I don’t think Ron is trying to win. He’s in way over his head.
Now DeSantis has moved on to magical thinking.

No plan, just I’m going to.

Or he could actually reduce the state taxes on gas here and lower our gas prices. Start in Florida Ron.
Just announced opening the spigot of American energy and the price will drop in no time.
How do I know? Oh yeah, Trump did it.
Take the place of the hottie baking everything? This ain’t gonna help.
