With all signs indicating a possible relationship between platinum recording artist and songwriter Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, there are Native Americans who are urging for Swift to use her involvement to end the use of the tomahawk chop by the team's fans.
Swift attended Sunday's game between the Chiefs and the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium as a guest of Kelce, as the pop star was seated in Kelce's family suite alongside his mother, Donna. After the game, a group of Native Americans, led by Rhonda LeValdo of Not In Our Honor, voiced hope that Swift's presence may contribute to their efforts to discourage Chiefs fans from performing the gesture at games.
LeValdo has advocated for discontinuing the Tomahawk Chop celebration and, potentially, reconsidering the Chiefs' team name. "We remain hopeful that an outside influence like Ms. Swift could be an ally for us in moving the conversation forward on why the chop is a racist act," she told TMZ Sports.
"To us, that hand gesture is synchronized racism. We implore Ms. Swift to take the time to understand our perspective and the scientific and psychological research into the harm to youth and communities caused by such behavior."

Tomahawk Rib Eye Steak is where the rib bone is left on and it is “frenched” which means cleaning the meat off of the rib bone and leaving the Rib Eye intact on the bone resulting in the rib bone being the “handle” and the Rib Eye meat being the head of the Tomahawk.
And then of course they jack the price up to 2x what they charge for a boneless Rib Eye Steak.
Rhonda LeValdo needs to STFU and worry about something else that might help like getting another Casino going to help the Native American Indian people bring in some more money.
And do things like maybe build a few new schools or at least something USEFUL !!!
