Laws are nothing when the left controls every major institution in the country.
It’s no good pressuring state banks in Red States to stop this when the bank to bank payments system has a choke point controlled by woke corporation and the Federal Reserve.
What the Red States need to do is create a Red State regulated and controlled parallel payments system to the ACH (Automated Clearing House) and FedACH (Federal Reserve ACH).

Too bad conservatives can’t write code
I worked for Intuit for a few years in the early 90s when it was a small company.
It was a liberal train wreck even back then.
DCS, baby!
We need a law that categorically forbids the unbanking of any business or type of business, provided that it sells legal products and/or services - and with VERY heavy penalties for banks (say, 1% of its capital) and its entire E-Suite and Board of Directors (mandatory prison time, no plea deals). That’s the only thing that will stop these public-private partnerships (i.e. Fascism) aimed at destroying our Constitutional rights.
If they don’t want to provide their services to one lawful business then they shouldn’t be allowed to provide service to any lawful business.
This is why they’re terrified of Trump. They know that he’s going to be in revenge mode and a lot of people are going to be “arrested suddenly.”
NAZI was an acronym for National Socialist Workers Party (translated from the German).
I speak German. Still socialists...
We need a Right of Center Credit Card Processor and Bank.
Against commerce laws???
“We need a Right of Center Credit Card Processor and Bank.”
The problem is that the “powers that be” which would be in charge of approving that processor or bank are all far left. The chance of such being approved is slim to none.
