Reduxx has confirmed that a petition has been received by the Washington County Juvenile Court and charges are now pending in the case of a transgender student caught on film violently attacking a female student at Hazelbrook Middle School in Tualatin, Oregon.
Last night, a viral clip began circulating on social media depicting a trans-identified male assaulting a female student without provocation. The clip was initially uploaded to Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) by Ben Edtl, the Republican nominee for the Senate district in which the school is situated.
Edtl later uploaded additional clips purporting to show the same student assaulting other girls.
While details were initially limited, Reduxx spoke with a representative at Hazelbrook Middle School and received confirmation that an assault had taken place at the school last week.
Following the confirmation, Reduxx reached out to the Tualatin Police Department, which revealed that they had received a report of assault at the school, and had passed the case on to the Washington County Juvenile Department (WCJD).
Reduxx has now received a statement from WCJD Director Ray Cameron, who confirmed that the student was now being processed.
“A petition has been filed with the Juvenile Court and the charges are pending. In light of Oregon records law pertaining to juveniles, we are not able to comment further regarding this particular youth,” Cameron said. “The Washington County Juvenile Department remains committed to enhancing community safety and breaking the cycle of delinquency through effective evidence-based intervention practices and holding youth accountable for their behavior.”
On September 27, in obvious anticipation of the community blowback, the Tigard-Tualatin School District held an emergency “Student Safety and Well Being” forum in which principals from multiple schools within the district gathered to respond to parental concerns. Along with the principals, the District Superintendent and three police officers were also on the panel.
During the forum, Superintendent Sue Rieke-Smith repeatedly affirmed that the District did not have a “zero tolerance” policy on student misconduct, leading to obvious confusion and concern amongst the parents in attendance.
Rieke-Smith attempted to assure parents that “zero tolerance” policies on violent behavior are ineffective, and raise the risks for potentially deadly retaliation by students against the schools they felt “excluded” from. In response, one parent asked if the District was “prepared for lawsuits” to be filed against it.
At one point during the question and answer period, a father became visibly upset and stormed out of the room. The heated back-and-forth he was having with Reike-Smith was censored by the school in its recording of the forum.
Rieke-Smith, along with some principals from District schools, also noted that there was a trend amongst students of committing misbehavior or starting fights for the explicit purposes of uploading footage to social media for “likes.” While they refused to specifically comment on the incident at Hazelbrook during the forum, it was heavily implied that may have been the case.
The Tigard-Tualatin School District has a history of particularly progressive policies pertaining to gender ideology.
In 2013, the District became the first in Washington County to introduce “gender neutral” bathrooms at all of its secondary schools in an effort to be more “inclusive” of transgender and non-binary students. At the time, a District spokesperson stated that transgender students were already are permitted to use whichever restroom they prefer or staff restrooms. Snip
And if you respond in kind it feeds into the violence against trans people the Left loves to scream about. They control the narrative and until we take that back this will continue.

So school bathrooms/locker rooms are open to all? What happened to common sense in this country? No wonder homeschooling is booming.

Wouldn’t it be ironic if Superintendent Sue Rieke-Smith got a beat down from some deranged 250 pound tranny while a group of adults stood around laughing with their cell phones filming it?
let’s remember that transgenderism is supposedly NOT a mental aberration so this student’s agressiveness doesn’t get any defense of mental illness.
A lot of folks around here make such boasts, but when the time for action comes you realize that you are fighting a losing battle and back down.
Are you prepared to die for the cause? Because that is what will happen if you do take the actions you suggest. And then would your son or daughter be better off with a dead father or perhaps one locked away for life?
None of us are going to kill someone and not have to face the legal consequences.
In this case, if that “transgender” person or any of the educators and/or bureaucrats were to be killed, all the wrath of the federal government, enemedia, and the majority of the population would fall on the killer. No expense would be spared in tracking the killer down. And the judge-shopping and jury selection would be as rigorous as the cases against Trump.
The LGBT movement is part of a larger war on Christianity run from the top by Satan himself. Our side has the disadvantage of having to follow the rules. But it is still the winning side. And it will be one by those who consider it a cause worth dying for.
There will come a time to fight using everything at our disposal, but mob or vigilante justice is not going to work.
He’s assaulted before, so allowing him to continue his schooling makes the public school system liable for his mental instability.
Kids who ‘mentally unstable’ nearly always have I.E.P.s (Individualized Education Programs) which besides possibly rewarding their parents with monthly SSI payments, requires the school by Federal law to educated them in the ‘least restrictive’ environment possible. This means that unless they are out of control 100% of the time the district has to put them in the same class as normal kids, including, of course, your daughter. The I.E.P. also strictly limits any discipline the student can receive, especially if the misbehavior is tied to his/her ‘handicap’.
If the district determines that the kid involved is totally out of control for the normal classroom, they are required to provide for their education regardless of cost to the district. This explains why districts are reluctant to make such a determination. This doesn’t make it right, of course, but there you are. If a district has to let three regular teachers go to pay for ‘educating’ the ‘handicapped’ one, that’s what they have to do. I.E.P. students’ education has to come first when it comes to the district’s resources.
Charging the kid with a crime is the only real way to deal with these kinds of kids; Federal rules pretty much limit what the school district can do. Yes, it is crazy and makes no sense at all, but that is how it is and how these kinds of things happen.
Administrators know for sure they’ll get in trouble if they violate the I.E.P. rules and know they might get negative press and angry parents if they ignore offenses by I.E.P. students. I don’t know if the administrators in VA who transferred the ‘transgendered’ rapist have been fired or successfully sued. The same goes for the administrators who knew the 6 year old kid who shot his teacher was dangerous.
It’s why the left wants to nationalize education, to take power away from the states.
It’s a communist tactic to limit consequences on violent people, so you get more violence.

OMG. That was seriously violent. That “person” should be prosecuted. If the school allows that level of violence to go unchecked there should be legal ramifications for the school administration.
The girl that was attacked was traumatized. Any girl in that school is at risk from this trans bully. Our society needs to wake up and take back our Country from the leftist anarchists.
