Marc Elias Behind Wisconsin Lawsuit To Influence 2024 Election
Real Clear Politics ^ | 10/7/23 | Hayden Ludwig

A new lawsuit spearheaded by attorney Marc Elias’ left-wing legal group threatens to abolish the witness requirement for Wisconsin absentee ballots, potentially enabling ballot fraud on a massive scale in the 2024 election.

On Oct. 2, the Elias Law Group filed the lawsuit in federal court in conjunction with a lawyer from Pines Bach LLP, Diane M. Welsh. Welsh is a donor to, and former president of, the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign, a far-left partisan group that supports mass illegal immigration, accuses Wisconsin Republicans of gerrymandering legislative maps, and wants to abolish the state’s photo ID law.

Marc Elias is a former elections lawyer for Perkins Coie, a top Democratic law firm, and was general counsel for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. In 2021, he launched his own D.C.-based law firm, Elias Law Group, to focus on “electing Democrats, supporting voting rights, and helping progressives make change.”

So as I’ve posted before....why isn’t the so-called DoJ indicting him for election interference?

For that matter, why not Republican AG’s and County attorneys in Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas etc doing the same?

That’s the new Fani Willis standard, right?

Good question. However, I suspect that even if one AG would develop the backbone to do so, Courts would immediately rule that they did not have “standing” to challenge any election law. With Elias, it’s (D)ifferent.

The far left spent millions of dollars to elect a far left justice to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to prevent any legal challenge.

First, they spent a million dollars to get their desired Republican opponent chosen in the primary. They had already beaten him once, and believed he was the best choice for them to beat again.

Then, they spent many millions more to put their far left candidate over the top with extremely well run "get out the vote" campaigns, aimed at getting out the ballots.

Republican leadership was nearly non-existent in thwarting these efforts.

The monetary rewards for gaming and cheating the system far exceed the gains from keeping the system honest, in the short term. In the long term, gaming and cheating the system breaks it all down, which is the long term goal of the ruling class, and China, who pay off many of them.

She’s in downtown Salt Lake getting marching orders from the church hierarchy about leaving the border open so they import more “New Americans” to fill their pews.

It’s not election interference when a Democrat does it, only EXTREME MAGA Republicans can be charged with that crime.

The truth? He's more important than you. You are nothing and are not worth having a vote. You are dumb and nothing more than a slave.

To them. Not me.

“He is an evil man.”

And it is evil men with dollars supporting him. I suspect George Soros is one of the big money supporters of Elias and his crew.

Elias is a criminal. You know that because he hasn’t been indicted for his crimes from 2016 and after.

I agree. Note how his name was kept out of HRC’s Russia/Trump collusion criminal conspiracy (as were all the main players), and he was one of the leaders in that criminal conspiracy.
