An Islamic Law
Understanding Muhammad | 2014 | Ali Sina

From Ali Sina's book "Understanding Muhammad".

p. 39 Rape

Muhammad allowed his men to rape the women captured in raids. However Muslims faced a dilemma. They wanted to have sex with their female captives, but also wanted to return them for ransom and therefore did not want to make them pregnant. Some of these women were already married whose husbands had escaped when taken by surprise and were still alive. The raiders considered the possibility of "coitus interruptus" (withdrawing from intercourse before ejaculation). Unsure of the best course of action, they sought the counsel of their Prophet. Buhkari reports:

Abu Saeed said "We went out with Allah's Apostle for the Ghazwa of Banu Al-Mustaliq and we received captives from among the Arab captives and we desired women and celibacy became hard on us and we loved to do coitus interruptus. So when we intended to do coitus interruptus, we said "How can we do coitus interruptus before asking Allah's Apostle who is present among us?" We asked (him) about it and he said "It is better for you not to do so, for if any soul (till the Day of Resurrection) is predestined to exists, it will exist.

Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 59, Number 459.

Muhammed did not forbid raping the captive women. Instead he made an asinine claim that when Allah intends to create someone, nothing can prevent it. He told his men that coitus interruptus is ill-advised because it would be an attempt to thwart the will of Allah. He did not say a word against the rape of the captives, and by discouraging coitus interruptus, he supported forced insemination.

He made even his god legitimize with women captured in wars, the so-called "right hand possessions," even if they were married before their capture.

This is why it's parlous to ascribe everything that happens in the world to the will of God. You could just as easily shoot someone randomly through the head and excuse it by saying that if the person died it was God's will and so the responsibility was out of your hands.

apparently he was ok with raping dead women, because that is what occurred in the past week. Sick animals.

Indeed: God is powerless to prevent a murderer from murdering someone!

By exercising His Divine Omnipotence, and interceding to prevent the murder, God would be restricting the Free Will of the Murderer - and that's a no-no.

Yet an innocent bystander who could have come to the aid of the potential murder victim - he is culpable of failure to render assistance.

There was an Egyptian Christian priest who pointed out that under Islamic law, it is permitted to have relations with your deceased wife as long as it is within six hours of her death. It is unclear whether this applies to captives.

“Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is a complete, total, 100% system of life,” Dr. Hammond notes in his book. “Islam has religious, legal, political, economic, social, and military components. The religious component is a beard for all of the other components.”

AND THAT beard IS JUST A BREEDING/STORAGE LOCATION FOR PARASITIC LICE AKA other components !!!!

Islam is mired in 7th century tribalism and has neither experienced a Reformation nor an Enlightenment. No one questions Islamic law and passages like this can be easily utilized to justify barbaric behavior. Islam is very intolerant and does not recognize freedom of conscience or individual liberty and thus is antithetical to Western values.

The ancient Greeks saw nothing wrong with men having sex with captive women--the plot of the Iliad revolves around a quarrel between Achilles and Agamemnon over the captive woman Briseis who is taken away by Agamemnon. But while Achilles doesn't have Briseis, he is sleeping with another captive woman (and his friend Patroclus is doing likewise).

It can't have a Reformation or an Enlightenment. Their Prophet left the religion fixed and immovable. Their Prophet is the example of the perfect man. It is not a Western theology.
