Pregnancy Help News) – It just takes one. One commercial could make a difference with Issue 1 in Ohio.
An ad shedding light on the ugly truths in late term abortion in Ohio is gaining steam as it airs through Election Day. The organization Created Equal first aired the ad featuring abortion survivor, speaker, and author Claire Culwell during the September 27 GOP debates in the state. It continued to air in selected markets until early voting on October 11.
Ohio voters could decide on November 7 to make the red state one of the most pro-abortion states in the United States if a majority chooses to vote yes on Issue 1.
A “yes” vote would “establish a state constitutional right to ‘make and carry out one’s own reproductive decisions, ‘including decisions about abortion, contraception, fertility treatment, miscarriage care, and continuing pregnancy, and allow the state to restrict abortion after fetal viability, except when ‘necessary to protect the pregnant patient’s life or health,’” according to Ballotpedia.
The ad shows Culwell opening a photo album and telling the story of her mother who was a “scared teenager” and a doctor who “made a mistake.” Culwell’s mother had a surgical abortion that took the life of Culwell’s twin. And Culwell survived.
“Late term abortion is real,” she tells viewers, adding that these procedures are, “too late, too painful and too extreme,” as she leafs through photos of herself as an infant.
Created Equal provided background info beneath the ad on YouTube.
A quote from Dr. Martin Haskell, an Ohio abortion doctor interviewed by American Medical News (the official newspaper of the American Medical Association) stated 80 percent of late term abortions in Ohio are “purely elective,” while the other 20 percent are for genetic reasons.
Currently a campaign is taking place to keep the ad popping into homes through the November 7 election.
“We are looking to raise enough funding to air the ad again for the two weeks leading up to election day, plus, if funds allow, we may also create another ad,” said Mark Harrington, president of Created Equal. “Created Equal is a 501c3 organization so donations are tax-deductible. Therefore, the ad does not directly advocate for the defeat of Issue 1.”
Harrington added, “I believe delivering the message to voters to ‘Say No To Late-Term Abortion in Ohio’ in the context of the November election should persuade these voters to VOTE NO!”
Voting “no” will set a stance for other red states considering such an issue.
“Late-term abortion is opposed by most Ohioans,” Harrington said. “Voters need to understand that If Issue 1 passes Ohio will become California on abortion – a destination state for painful, late-term abortions.”
Support for the ad can be made online at the Created Equal website, or by mail at Created Equal PO Box 360502 Columbus, OH 43236.

And we’re here in part because a bunch of republicans thought it was wrong to make it more difficult to amend a state constitution. That it should continue to be easily changed by the will of a simple majority. I’m hearing it is likely this will pass. And it’ll really suck if it does.
People are so determined to kill babies. I just don’t get it.
I sure hope it does not. I will post as much as I can, If I miss anything please by all means post it..get the word out
Dear Social Security Applicant:
We have no record of a child of yours that paid FICA taxes....
The abortion issue is typical of conservative issues, after Roe vs Wade was overturned something the pro life movement had fought for years and had finally won, the conservative right having won figured the issue was over and moved on.
The political left never quits, they lost Roe vs Wade so they began a state by state campaign with tons of money to change state constitutions, a strategy that will likely work
The pro life movement was mistaken about overturning Roe, it wasn’t the end, it was only the beginning of a state by state war, unless the pro life movement gets energized again the left will succeed
Father, I come before You on behalf of every unborn baby in the United States of America and around the world.
Proverbs 31:8 tells us to speak up for the helpless and for those who have no voice, so I plead the powerful blood of Jesus over each and every one of these precious babies and I declare that no weapon formed against any one of them will prosper.
I decree that they will not be aborted nor harmed in any way. Lord, I ask you to open the eyes of any parent who’s considering an abortion so that they will not believe the lies of the enemy but instead will see their baby as a precious gift. Lord, I ask You to protect and keep each baby safe in the womb and after birth.
Surround them with godly people who will love them and teach them Your ways so that they may be brought up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. I declare that they will grow up and boldly speak Your word and do those things that You have called them to do.
In the mighty and righteous Name of Jesus we pray, amen.
Proverbs 31:8, Isaiah 54:17, Mark 11:23, Job 22:28, Ephesians 6:4, Acts 9:28
One of the vessels contained four or five small fetuses preserved in a clear liquid. They were about the size of my thumb and they were all *perfectly* formed. You couldn't mistake them for anything but tiny, perfectly formed, human beings.
I even noticed that one of them needed to have his/her fingernails clipped.
It's an image that will stay with me until I take my dying breath.
Fast forward to the present day, young women say they can't get dates or have any prospect of marriage unless there is sex during dating. That makes abortion a requirement of this culture.
Since that's how people in general are reacting, I think the old axiom still holds:
infanticide goes with fornication.
