Rudy Giuliani may be the next one of Donald Trump's co-defendants to plead guilty in the Georgia 2020 election interference case, according to legal experts.
Former Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis took a plea deal on reduced charges Tuesday morning, making her the latest co-defendant to plead guilty to criminal charges in connection with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' investigation into Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.
Speculation has grown that Giuliani, the former New York mayor who was Trump's lawyer after the 2020 presidential election, could become the next co-defendant to plead guilty to avoid a harsh sentence. Several legal analysts told Newsweek he may be considering doing so after Ellis' plea deal.
Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani said Tuesday that he believes Giuliani may be the fifth co-defendant to take a guilty plea in the Georgia case. As a lawyer, Giuliani likely understands the risks involved in going to trial, Rahmani said.
"Now that these dominos are falling, you don't want to be stuck in a trial with Donald Trump as the last defendant," he said.

There is absolutely no way that Rudy makes a deal.
He is a former federal prosecutor and knows more than anyone that the case against him, all the defendants and President Trump is weak to non-existent.
According to Patrick Byrne, it was Guiliani who nixed Trump using Obama’s executive order to declare the 2020 hacked and recount the votes. Byrne caught up with Guiliani later, and Rudi told him that he told Trump if he had done that they would all get criminally charged. Byrne also said that Rudi always smelled of alcohol, didn’t write his own emails, and didn’t understand how votes could be hacked or switched online. In retrospect, Guiliani effed everything up. Byrne, Flynn and Powell had a plan. Guiliani was clueless, but Trump listened to him.

I don’t blame these people for pleading guilty. There is no way they would get a fair trial.

Yeah, they had a plan. Everyone would have been better off if they had been confined to an insane asylum where they belong.
I have yet to see anyone explain why there was even a need to hack a voting machine or "switch votes" when the whole 2020 election fraud was built around mailing in (potentially) millions of illegitimate ballots.
By the time is all said and done, will anyone working for Trump remain loyal?
I believe the ultimate plan is to get Trump removed from the ballot in maybe just 2 or 3 swing states.

Newsweek, the same rag that refused to publish Mike Isikoff’s breaking story about the Clinton/Lewinsky affair, claiming they didn’t have two verified sources for the story. Since when have they ever worried about that in regards to Trump?
