I am still waiting for the State of NY to lay out how they have been damaged, in this matter. They want 250 million for damages, and, I say, what damages.
They have no claim to damages, so, this proves, that this is a political persecution, and, not, a legitimate trial.

I’d like to know what the DA was thinking. If Cohen lied to the DA, then Cohen is in a boatload of trouble. He’s already known to lie on the stand before this trial began. I think Trump will have a mega lawsuit for prosecutorial misconduct against the state and the DA. This will be a huge lawsuit in the billions. Not to mention violation of his civil rights.

The judge is committing gross misconduct by citing the 200 page indictment as evidence. He’s already made up his mind that DJT is guilty and he’s going to come back with a guilty verdict regardless of the lack of evidence.
