What a relief they found him. I’m trying to visualize how they discovered him in the dumpster. K-9’s? Since everything was on lockdown I’m assuming it wasn’t the garbage truck guys coming to take the garbage. LE walking the area looks in dumpster? Maybe the news conference will give that info. Or not.
I believe he was NEAR a dumpster...not in it. Wonder why they never mentioned work throughout the search?? Media obcessed with military service.

Something I've wondered about. Have followed the story reasonably well, but still haven't heard how long after the murders he is thought to have committed suicide. Anyone heard news about that?
I suspect the real answer will come when they crack open his skull in autopsy. “Hearing voices” suggests brain tumor or other detectable damage.
People with hearing loss in one or both ears may hear anything from odd sounds to music and voices, none of which are really there. Hearing voices is very common with schizophrenia.

Also corresponds with the deaths of veterans from the eras when large numbers of Americans were in the military. The remaining WWII vets are now 90+ years old. Vietnam vets 70+.

Wow....they cleared the recycling area twice...before they went into the overflow parking area. Major mistake but he must have already been dead because they don’t mention hearing shots fired.

Reminds me of an old Bill Mauldin cartoon from 1945 in the book BACK HOME. Willie is sitting reading a newspaper in his home. The headline reads “SOLDIER SLAPS AUNT!!!”
He mentions to his wife. “Here’s a story on page 6 about a triple axe murder. No GI’s involved.”
I have known several men who, as they got older, began to “lose it.” One lost his job due to his crazyness and died not long after, another hanged himself.
I also remember a man who began to go crazy and hanged himself in his barn. A few years later his son did the same.

I have bad tinitus in my left ear(the right one too, but thats a whole different story”. Roaring sounds, 2 distinct ear rings and loud “pinging” when the blood gets going. Whenever there is nothing on TV I turn everything off and listen to ‘the radio playing in the other room’. Sometimes its better than TV. Sometimes I can “make a request” and sing along to the songs I like, sometimes not. Its never told me to take a gun a mow down innocent people at a bowling alley or anything like that.
