I think most here will agree that Trump will be convicted, but he has high probability of winning on appeal.

I’m pretty sure you can’t speak for most on here and the forgone conclusion that he’ll be convicted.

They guy hasn’t been allowed to nor has me needed to offer any type of defense for anything.
