Before my wife retired as a manager at PG&E, sometimes she had to go to Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant in California. She said the security there is intense, on the road in and the guards inside the plant. As she walked the corridors she had to stay inside painted lines on the floor, while security guards with long guns were watching from above walkways. You cross over the painted lines, you would be in trouble. A nuclear power plant needs highest security.
