It’s not just a black male, but he’s also so disheveled that he looks like he’s been living in that park. Where did a derelict like this get an AR? I would say that it screams FBI setup, except that they usually try to use a white guy for maximum propaganda value.

The only mention of anyone or anything black on the NY Post page is in the sidebar, and it's for Black Friday ads.
