You forgot the probable cause portion of the Fourth. The DA campaigned on getting Trump. I guarantee if you subpoenaed her communications regarding this case, you will find that she blatantly violated his Fourth Amendment rights with fishing expeditions. Seriously, what could her probable cause have possibly been with loans fully repaid and no bank claiming injury?
Also, as you brought up that the verdict has already been rendered, another violation of his rights could be argued quite easily in my opinion. This is a violation of his Fifth Amendment rights. The Fifth guarantees due process, and due process guarantees a right to be heard before an impartial judge (and jury). The judge, through his words and actions, is clearly not impartial.
There is also a component of due process that deals with how the laws have been applied in the past. Novel application of the law is frowned upon by appeals courts when life, liberty and property are in jeopardy.
It’s amusing you assume ignorant means stupid. It doesn’t. It means people don’t understand how things work. Stupid is when you understand how things work and you act surprised when those things happen.

Yep, NY state. And yes, I think DJT is screwed, unless he can come up with some argument that an appellate court will accept that the penalty is unjust/disproportionate. I don’t really know what the standard is in a case like this, this statute hasn’t been used very often (but it has been used).

The appeals court has already upheld his rulings twice, so while the order on summary judgment hasn’t gone before an appeals court, I wouldn’t hold my breath on that happening.
