The ongoing “fraud” trial led by Letitia James in New York City continues to unfold, and to anyone watching, it’s apparent that the highly biased TDS judge is already chomping at the bit to hand down a “guilty” verdict. This has always been the predetermined outcome for the first tragic act against Trump, and the rest will follow the same way. But President Trump understands this game and isn’t just rolling over. He actually floored Judge Engoron by whipping out a bombshell document right there on the witness stand—a total game-changer for this sham trial. And the judge’s reaction? It was the kind of thing you’d only see in a politicized spectacle masquerading as justice.

Donald Trump randomly pulled a piece of paper out of his suit jacket during testimony in Manhattan court Monday — claiming it would completely clear his name in the $250 million civil fraud case against him and asking to show it to the judge.
The former president, 77, was apparently requesting to show both the judge and a prosecutor a disclaimer clause from a financial statement that New York Attorney General Letitia James has accused him of lying on in her lawsuit.
As he testified at trial in the suit, Trump held the document up and asked if the judge would “like to have it.”

There has to be consequences to the 'judge' and AG for this sham. It never was amusing, but if there was something remotely amusing, its not anymore.
DJT’s only hope in this case is the Federal appeals courts.
The real wakeup call for the BoomerCons is when this verdict is not overturned, but is allowed to stand.
There needs to be criminal consequences for DA’s and judges likes these.

I am surprised it wasn’t already submitted into evidence. Almost feels like it was offered as a stunt. In any case, it has to be submitted.

Oh, I think there is really no one out there in real America that thinks this leftist, lickspittle judge has already written his guilty verdict. The case will have to be appealed, hopefully in a higher federal court where the judge(s) isn’t a rabid leftist dog.
