Rightly or wrongly, the judge has already held that relying on the accountants’ disclaimer is no defense, and that ruling was upheld by the appeals court already.
The biggest problem in this case (though they are problems) isn’t the judge or even the attorney general, it is that the ludicrous statute upon which they are relying makes any series of mis-statements fraud; without regard to usual aspects of fraud such as knowledge of falsity or reliance by another.
IMHO it was a stunt by Trump to get people to talk about a document that’s (hopefully) already submitted as evidence. Later when the jurors see the document (hopefully it’ll be presented by Trump’s lawyers) the jurors might remember it further by the fact that Trump tried to show them ahead of time.
Trump knows it’s a show trial. May as well put on a show.
DJT is not playing all his cards at once. Look for more bombshells. If they know he’s got bombshells, they may become less confident and this farce will be fixed.
I certainly pray for this country/world if the evil-doers get their way.

It gets all of the cult worked up. But the time to do this is when his side is presenting evidence.
You don’t just whip stuff out of your pocket and declare it evidence. You will get laughed out of the court…no matter who the judge is.
Trump does all this stuff to get a rise out of the ignorant.
(And I agree with his point—the banks are usually doing their own appraisals. I worked for a couple banks. We never loaned money on a property without at least a drive by.)
