Are you resetting because you didn’t pose the correct question? Because you asked what he was guilty of not what are the charges against him.

What’s the DoJ afraid of?
Televise the entire proceedings from voir dire to verdict. Let all Americans see the persecution of a political opponent by a banana Republic government.

No. I asked in a colloquial manner. If I had asked what OJ was guilty of before his trial, people would either say that he brutally murdered his wife and her shack-up, or that it looked like he killed a couple of people. My previous statement was that the purported crimes were "insubstantial". In the context of my statements taken as a whole, it would have been a reasonable inference that I was aiming at what crime he committed, not that he had been convicted of, as we all know he hasn't been convicted of anything.
I clarified. I did not "reset".
I honestly didn't know what this particular trial was over. For all I knew, it was because he overstated what Mar-a-lago was worth.
Even a trial for "Federal Election Subversion" is so vague as to be meaningless. Did he blow up a polling booth? Did he say this whole thing was rigged and bogus. These are garbage charges because they couldn't find any real charges.

I believe a person is innocent until guilt has been determined. Thus, when you asked about his guilt, he in fact at this point is not guilty.
The charge is serious. The Preventing Election Subversion Act protects the integrity and impartiality of our elections and strengthens our democracy by ensuring that voters are not subject to frivolous and indiscriminate challenges and that local election officials can do their jobs without fear of partisan meddling.
is he guilty of that? We’ll have to see.
Here’s the indictment. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.dcd.258149/gov.uscourts.dcd.258149.1.0_8.pdf

"Election Subversion" is too vague to be meaningful. My previous suggestion was that there was a BIG difference between blowing up an polling booth and stating publicly that the election was rigged.
Various states violated their own laws to accommodate illegal vote harvesting, remote balloting, and election time periods. No significant corrections of these acts of election subversion occurred, and outside of a couple of multiple vote frauds, no one went to jail.
I don't have time to read the indictment now, but the longer it is, the more likely it is a bogus process crime. I'll try to take a look at it after work (I am monitoring software patching, so I have only snippets of time to respond.)

Election subversion is the overall title of what he’s charged. Here’s the actual indictment including the sections of code he’s accused of being in violation.

I like Whitaker, he's an honest lawyer and a good man.
FWIW, he was a starting tight end for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes football team......
To: joesbucks
I would normally agree, but If Trump wants it, then I want it........
To: Hot Tabasco
Whitaker make a good and honest argument, I believe he is sincere.

I'm not the one that needs the no-doze (but I do know someone that needs to stop reading the National Review). If you can't process what has happened the past 8 years, then I don't know what to tell you.

True, but any “outburst” will be admonished and sanctions imposed.
Still, it would be good theater if your life wasn’t on the line.

My life isn’t. Nor is his. As I said earlier, I would live to see it. I just know Trump would try to Charlie Mansonize it.

I can. And I understand what the perceived risks are and why some what Trump. But Trump is like crack. His ability to affect the political pleasure and reward centers is remarkable. And that wouldn’t be so bad if he were himself horribly flawed and toxic. But alas, likely wasting my time just as most addiction counselors do.
