BLACKS ARE TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL.
Now in the olden days if something like this happened a section of the city would be burned down, shots fired and the next morning trees and lamp posts (comment deleted to not offend the mods.) But then it would be safe to walk the streets again for years.
