During an interview with NBC News on Wednesday, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) argued that if the Build Back Better legislation President Joe Biden and Senate Democrats pushed had passed the way it was “it would have basically thrown us into a recession, if not a deep depression.”

“Meet the Press” host Kristen Welker asked, “Let’s talk about some of the legislation that you and the President and the Congress passed. The Inflation Reduction Act, the bipartisan infrastructure law, CHIPS, the gun safety law, do you feel…like you have a role in helping the President talk about some of this bipartisan legislation that you helped to get passed?

Look in the mirror, Manchin. The only reason BBB passed is you were the deciding vote for it. Your retirement cannot come too soon.

Bidenomics is the exact Inverse of Reagonomics.

More Taxes.
More Spending.
More Regulation.

In December 2021, Manchin pulled his support for a $2.2 trillion bill, but after negotiations with Schumer went on to support a smaller version the next summer.

Manchin has fallen even further off the deep end. These royalty pols simply cannot cope with the end of their careers and have even harder times when the voters no longer support them for re-election.

THE RETARD WOULDN’T KNOW A DEPRESSION IF IT BITE HIM, HE’S TO RICH. I see it as I can’t avoid food prices that just keep climbing. Mortgage rates climbing, job losses, and PT jobs are mostly all people with skills can get. Grandson got lucky he found an X-ray (bad welds) apprenticeship that pays well and has ins. and advancement. I read the freaking news, not MSM.

Probably true, but Manchin hates Schumer, and got his own consessions. Not defending Manchin, but his action probably did avert hyper inflation.

The Manchin family came from too deep back in the hills of West Virginia. Isn't that were they found the blue tone skin people?

The guy must be half a bubble or more off. Let's see his bank account deposits.
