If Israelis want to know just how much they can rely on the West’s continued support for their war against Hamas, they need look no further than the shameful betrayal that is taking place over Ukraine.
At present, the only serious pressure being placed on Benjamin Netanyahu is the requirement for so-called humanitarian pauses to ease the flow of aid to Palestinian civilians caught up in the fighting. Demands for Israel to implement a ceasefire are, for the moment at least, being resisted by the American and British governments on the grounds that any cessation in hostilities would only benefit Hamas terrorists, who would use it as nothing other than an opportunity to regroup.
Yet, as the Ukrainians are discovering to their cost, Western support can be fickle, especially when it looks as though military operations are not achieving their objectives. Israeli commanders are well aware that one misplaced bomb on a children’s ward in a Gaza hospital is all it would take for their allies to abandon support for the campaign to destroy Hamas’s terrorist infrastructure and pressure the Israelis to end the fighting.

And they have nothing to do with the other.
This reeks of desperation.
Another tragedy in the making.
Well, how many times has the USA bailed out Europe? Not just in wars but in the Great Depression and other catastrophes.

David Cameron was bucking up Zelensky today the new British Foreign Minister old Prime Minister Centrist Neocon.
Cameron said Ukraine is the top British defense-security priority so no wonder this piece is published by the Pro-Tory (Conservative Party) Telegraph.
I just got back from Florida.
After a year, Fort Meyers is still a disaster zone.
But, we don’t need the money.
Send it to Ukraine.
The neocons are a bunch of a$$holes.

Yeah, they’re simply commies with the veneer of anti communism...which is actually anti Russia.
It’s a visceral, palpable hatred they carry.
Ukraine has gone no where since the beginning of the war. They are NOT an ally. We promoted the coup in 2014...and now we owe them??
Same goes with Taiwan. Three small states, adjacent to large powers,“allies” in the American Empire who give us nothing while we give them everything.
Of course they are useful as cannon fodder and for spreading Globohomo.
Our war is here.
“Your LINK is yahoo.”
Well it’s good to know you can read.
Do you want to argue about something?
The support from the US is not endless and the European weenies need to step up and support their desperate neighbor.
Otherwise the Ukraine, however distasteful, needs to go to the negotiation table with Putin over the disputed territorys.
“Same goes with Taiwan.”
We have very important, and real, interests on Taiwan. Whereas we have no interests whatsoever in Ukraine.
To conflate the two is invalid.
