Although I live within commuting distance the only times I set foot in Boston are for health care...and the airport. I never shop there,go to shows, restaurants, museums or sporting events there...nothing. And I'm fine with that very same routine for the rest of my life.

They need to be booted from the Union.

Yes there are states rights but foreign nationals voting can affect/effect (couldn’t decide which but really kind of both)the rest of the states.

This is a bunch of bs that can’t be tolerated.

When I lived in Cambridge MA I used to date someone from Lawrence who was originally from Dominican Republic. I used to joke ‘She is a Dominican Republican I am an American Republican’ which was silly as I was never a ‘republican’ but a conservative and she was amnestied when she was 10 years old by Renoldus Magnus.

Of course Boston wants this.

Because they have FEW AMERICANS WHO APPROVED OF THEIR POLITICS.

Turns the South IS more American than New England.

We did this already this year...

Rhode Island Bill Would Open Elections To Illegal Aliens, In Democrats’ Latest Push For Noncitizen Voting
The Federalist ^ | 2/13/2023 | Shawn Fleetwood

Posted on 2/13/2023, 4:36:34 PM by Signalman

"Democrats in the Rhode Island General Assembly have introduced legislation that, if passed, would grant localities the ability to give non-U.S. citizens the right to vote in municipal elections. The measure marks the latest attempt by leftists to give foreigners and, in this case, even illegal immigrants the opportunity to influence the U.S. electoral process."

"In blue states across the country, Democrat-controlled localities have passed or are considering resolutions permitting noncitizen voting in certain municipal elections, with San Francisco, New York City, and Washington, D.C. among the most notable."

That author would have been wise to research more before publishing -- as I noted in that thread, the NYC attempt was stopped in NY Courts, the House had stopped the DC movement the prior week, and SanFran was also estopped in the same time frame as NYC last year. SanFran still advertises non-citizen voting on their website but by law they cannot count the votes.

"San Francisco's effort to get noncitizen parents to the ballot box in mid-term elections in 2018 resulted in only 49 people signing up to vote." - wiki

Schadenfreude.

“Democrats on the Boston City Council are looking to extend local voting rights to foreign nationals in the United States on visas, green cards, and other forms of legal status.”

Does this mean it will be legal to bus in republican voters from other states to vote in their elections or, better yet, have them vote by mail in ballots?

If the richest, most technologically advanced country in the history of countries is claiming it cannot verify voter rolls or count votes, it’s not because they lack the ability!

(It’s because someone very powerful does not want it done, is essentially inarguable!)
