I can only imagine the atrocities that this sick psychopathic freak, now unleashed by Putin on Yaroslavl, will commit in the future after healing up from his war wounds and the PTSD sets in.

In my experience, the psychopaths I’ve known were immune to combat related PTSD.

That's the gesture of a peacemaker. Thanksgiving is a traditional time for pardons.

My concern about these ex-prisoners is what they do in the war zones.
Civilized armies do a lot of screening to keep out the mentally ill, the Psychopaths, and the inherently criminal, yet everyone knows that some slip through and that war uncovers new unknown ones, but to add 10s of thousands of the known ones to a combat zone must have unleashed a lot of hidden horrors.

Well, at least Putin honored his promise about the amnesty.
Now if only he’d honor Russia’s treaty agreements to respect Ukrainian sovereignty.

Cannibalism was widespread during the Holodomor famine of
Ukraine in 1932 and 1933;[126][127] multiple acts of cannibalism were reported from Ukraine, Russia's Volga, South Siberian, and Kuban regions during the Soviet famine of 1932–1933. "Survival was a moral as well as a physical struggle. A woman doctor wrote to a friend in June 1933 that she had not yet become a cannibal, but was "not sure that I shall not be one by the time my letter reaches you". The good people died first. Those who refused to steal or to prostitute themselves died. Those who gave food to others died. Those who refused to eat corpses died. Those who refused to kill their fellow man died. ... At least
2,505 people were sentenced for cannibalism in the years 1932 and 1933 in Ukraine, though the actual number of cases was certainly much higher".
