If I understand this situation correctly, given that the RNC isn't mentioned in the Constitution, this situation is election interference imo.
In fact, given the zero tolerance "hair triggers" of Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, that section a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred, the Trump-hating RNC needs to either support the voters or face the consequences imo.
