25 years ago Israel offered a 2-state solution, but it was rejected by the Palestinians as it didn’t lead to a 1-state solution (meaning Final Solution). So far no one has been able to explain how they’re supposed to have a 2-state solution, if one of the states simply doesn’t want it.

Two-state solution?

Israel disengaged from Gaza in 2005 in order to give the Palestinians a start at building their own state and the Palestinians immediately destroyed the (very valuable and productive) infrastructure and prepared for war against Israel.

As long as Islamist thugs can move in and take over any "state" and prepare for war against Israel, there will be no two-state solution.

I am not surprised by this. It has been a practice for millennia that any soldier that collaborates with the enemy is subject to immediate death as a traitor. But it does emphasize two things:

1) Hamas, the ruling party, is at total war bent on genocide, and Israel is advised for it’s own survival to fully prosecute it as such.
2) There are Palestinians who disregard Hamas, and who may still believe peaceful coexistence is possible once Hamas is killed off.

This of course seems obvious to us, but it’s difficult to get this through to left-leaning ideologues.

The great irony of the global left being pro-Palesitian is that they are supporting the establishment of a fundamentalist Islamic state that murders people in the streets and deprives others of basic rights.

It's not an irony. They think they can use Muslim radicals as "hired muscle" to replace Western governments with Marxist alternatives then buy off the Muslims with social welfare benefits so they will retreat peacefully to their villages and let the obviously smarter and wiser collectivists run things.

Of course, the ugly surprises they are getting from attempts to implement this plan in Europe haven't really deterred them - Communists hate us more than they fear Islam.

On 25 April he fled Milan, where he had been based, and headed towards the Swiss border. He and his mistress, Claretta Petacci, were captured on 27 April by local partisans near the village of Dongo on Lake Como. Mussolini and Petacci were executed the following afternoon, two days before Adolf Hitler’s suicide.

The bodies of Mussolini and Petacci were taken to Milan and left in a suburban square, the Piazzale Loreto, for a large angry crowd to insult and physically abuse. They were then hung upside down from a metal girder above a service station on the square. Initially, Mussolini was buried in an unmarked grave but, in 1946, his body was dug up and stolen by fascist supporters. Four months later it was recovered by the authorities who then kept it hidden for the next eleven years. Eventually, in 1957, his remains were allowed to be interred in the Mussolini family crypt in his home town of Predappio.
