Irsay made the comments in an interview with Andrea Kremer on Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel.
“I am prejudiced against because I’m a rich, white billionaire,” Irsay said. “If I’m just the average guy down the block, they’re not pulling me in, of course not.”
Kremer pressed Irsay, asking him if he knew how it would sound for a white billionaire to claim that he was being prejudiced against. Irsay, however, was unmoved.
“I don’t care what it sounds like. It’s the truth. You know, Andrea, I could give a damn what people think how anything sounds or sounds like. The truth is the truth, and I know the truth.”
In 2014, Irsay was pulled over by City of Carmel (Indiana) police on suspicion of driving under the influence. The longtime Colts owner was arrested after failing a field sobriety test.
rsay had his driver’s license suspended, received one year of probation, and a suspended 60-day jail sentence. The NFL followed that punishment with a six-game suspension and a $500,000 fine.

“I am prejudged...” makes some sense, I guess.
But it’s still a passive, confusing construction. He needs to just bash his pre-judges directly instead of making us tease out his meaning.

In 2022 there were over a million DWI/DUI arrests in the United States, they of course were all Rich White Billionaires.

Carmel, Indiana is a suburb of Indianapolis favored by the wealthy. Carmel has numerous traffic circles with stop signs along its roadways intended to calm traffic and slow automobiles down.
Presumably, Irsay got lost on the way to the subdivision where his own house was located and kept driving his vehicle in circles without choosing to turn into an intersection leading away from the traffic circle.

This might have been vaguely believable if he had been nabbed driving a red Ferrari or a Rolls Royce -- but in a Toyota Highlander?
How could the police have possibly known that he is a billionaire, and not a member of the unwashed hoi polloi with a booklet of car payments when they stopped him?
People drive invisible cars like a Toyota Highlander for lifetimes and are never stopped by the police.
