This is what tyranny looks like.
On Monday night lawless Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan refused the Trump defense team’s efforts to subpoena members of the House January 6 Committee for testimony.
Why? Why would she possibly do this?
Obviously, the far left judge does not want the truth to be revealed about January 6 and she will not allow the Trump team to prove their case. This is a completely lawless court.
The Trump defense team alleges that documents, including transcripts of testimonies, are missing from the Jan. 6 Subcommittee.
Judge Chutkan WILL NOT allow Trump access to these lost documents. Why not?
CBS News reported:
Judge Tanya Chutkan on Monday denied Trump’s request, after his lawyers had asked the court in October to approve subpoenas for records from the National Archives and Records Administration, the House Administration Committee, Rep. Bennie Thompson, the Democratic chair of the House Jan. 6 panel, and others. Attorneys for Trump allege there are missing records from the now-disbanded committee that they would like for pretrial preparation. But members of the committee say there is no missing material.
Trump’s attorneys have not yet said whether they’ll appeal Chutkan’s decision.
The former president has pleaded not guilty to four felony charges accusing him of trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election results.
Trump’s attorneys had asked Chutkan to recuse herself from the case, but she said she would not.

A corrupt judiciary is a danger to our nation. However, the greatest danger to our nation is the corrupt media. A corrupt judiciary, congress, and executive could not continue in a corrupt manner without the medias assistance and partnership.
The sunlight of truth is the greatest cleanser of corruption. Our media is a giant shade blocking the sunlight of truth.
This trial be overturned, and the judge will get a chewing out
Judge will enjoy the chewing.
Get the conviction first to keep Trump off the ballot and in prison knowing full well the entire farce will be thrown out once the chomo is reinstalled.
So the fake trial will also be a bloody nose for this corrupt judge resulting in a mistrial.
No doubt she doesn’t care. Obviously this person has no business being a judge or working in the judicial system in any capacity.
See Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 17- the judge can quash, deny, and limit subpoenas if they are immaterial or oppressive.
They want to control the results of the election using the corrupt courts. Otherwise, it is the abortion gimmick.

Cbutkins Decision in this case, whatever it ends up being, will fallon appeal eventually.
They are so afraid of TRump that they are willing to sacrifice their entore carreers and the judicial system to “STop Trump.”
Its actually quite hillarious.
A flat field and a battle joined, the lefty deep state Dems are running scared, deep scared.
The people of this nation need a new law.
Prosecutors and Judges who withhold potential Brady material from a defendant must Automatically do maximum sentence of the defendant. (See Kyle Rittenhouse and withheld FBI videos). Agencies, all Federal enforcement agencies that do the same, must also serve the defendants time (See Bundies in Nevada or Enron case and Weismann)
These actions have been a recurrent theme, accelerating and tyrannical. Drop the case or hand over the materials for the Defence, OR DO THE DEFENDANTS TIME.
If the prosecution is using or referencing any of the Jan 6 Committee materials or conclusions the defense should have a right to review all documentation. Failure to allow this should mean IMHO that no J6 committee materials should be allowed in the trail.
This would also apply if the prosecution uses J6 committee materials in preparation of their case as it’s evidence required to be provided to the defense.
It’s a good tactic to get Chutkan’s rulings overturned. It proves her partisan bias. Trump hasn’t got a prayer of an acquittal in a DC court. He’s playing the long game.

I have come to the conclusion that all the charges and court cases are nothing more than an attempt to “muddy the water” around Trump in an effort to keep him from being re-elected.
I don’t believe the people prosecuting or presiding over these sham cases against Trump and his lawyers/supporters expect to actually win. It’s just a delaying tactic to give them more time to gain absolute control of our government and all the coercive power it can bring to bear. The left and their supporters inside and outside government do not fear consequences for their unlawful and Unconstitutional actions because they have been getting away with them for decades. Trump is the greatest threat to them since Ike and Joe McCarthy. A cornered rat is one thing, but a cornered rat with big teeth is something else. Interesting and unpleasant times lie ahead for America.
GOP weasels in congress still fear the “racist” label, and that fact allows the Biden gang to maximize the damage.
