Left-wing commentators railed against Israel for hosting Elon Musk this week, arguing the Jewish state should have shunned the billionaire entrepreneur over anti-Semitic tweets. But many of the same people have demanded Israel make peace with Hamas despite the terrorist group's massacre of Jews on Oct. 7.
It's the latest example of the media's selective moral outrage about Israel's war with Hamas.
Musk on Monday toured one of the Israeli communities that was hardest hit on Oct. 7, watched footage of Hamas's atrocities, and met with victims. Israeli president Isaac Herzog at one point chastised Musk for the anti-Semitic content on X, formerly Twitter. During the visit, Musk expressed support for Israel, called for the destruction of Hamas, and agreed that his satellite internet company, Starlink, would only operate in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip with Israeli approval.
According to Israel's left-wing critics in the media, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government put the Jewish people at risk by diplomatically engaging with Musk, who two weeks earlier endorsed an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory on X. At the same time, however, the critics have demanded Israel embrace a negotiated settlement with Hamas, a virulently anti-Semitic organization that recently vowed to keep up its genocidal violence for as long as it takes to destroy the country.

I don’t follow Musk and am not on X.
If Netanyahu thinks that inviting Musk, with his massive platform, will help change the “poor Hamas, Israel is mean” narrative being foisted on us by the LSM and drive home the horrific, undeniable truth to the brainwashed (similar to his posts from the border), I’m all for it.
Who knows? If all the pearl-clutching whiners are actually correct, this visit may change Musk.

Musk has never been an anti-semite.
I’ve been on Twitter since 2009. There have been good times on Twitter and a lot of recent bad times from the Leftists. There was a time when I was running 400,000-500,000 impressions a month. Now it runs about 17,000. My followers have been between 7,000 and 7,500 for several years. They have hidden my analytics, all they are showing is my impressions and my followers.
At one point I was in the top 100 in Texas on followers. That was long ago. I have a very short screen name.
I think the real anti-semites have spoken.

Okay, that is why moronic Dems are calling Musk an anti-Semite. He Instituted Community Notes on X, formerly Twitter, which corrects fake anti-Semitic news tweeted. Tha’s why they’re gunning for him.

“Antisemitic” is like so many terms that the Left has co-opted and debased: it just means “not sufficiently Leftist”. Now that they’ve unmasked their malice toward Jews and Judaism, expect them to abandon that word.
I think these pendants are upset because this undermines their narrative. I don’t think that musk is an anti-semite in any way shape or form. Nor, do these Israelis apparently.
