Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Testimony will begin Thursday in the cold case murder trial of Timothy Williams, who was arrested in 2020 for the 1984 rape and murder of 14-year-old Wendy Jerome.
Both sides presented opening statements Wednesday, with new details of Jerome's death coming to light for the first time since she was killed nearly four decades ago.

I love DNA for several reasons:
1) It increases the chances of the truly guilty being brought to justice.
2) It lessens the chances of the truly innocent being wrongly convicted.
3) It increases the chances of those who’ve been wrongly convicted of being able to prove their innocence.
The FBI stats comparing different ethnic groups involvement in interracial rape is shocking.
I have been listening to a podcast about the cases that have been solved using DNA. The host does a lot of research so you get the ‘details’ that are missing from the announcements of another ‘solve’. I have found the podcast to be very interesting AND you know the episodes are going to end with the bad guy getting caught - many are old men by the time they are identified, some have died, which is frustrating for those seeking justice. She does both crimes and unknown ‘Does’ that are identified, many after decades from the time they were discovered.

I've been addicted to The Crime Channel for years,even more so since I recently dropped cable. There are times when cops either can't get a warrant or don't want to tip off the suspect that he's being watched.So,they secretly tail the guy and watch to see if he tosses a cigarette butt or a coffee cup out and then grab it after he leaves. Then you get the match. That's how they caught that LAPD lady cop who killed her love rival 20+ years earlier.
You can also track a relative of someone whose DNA you have. That's how they caught that serial killer in Kalifornia after something like 30 years. He was close to 80 when they caught him.

** Dr. Lee Vliet did a video when COVID first hit the scene and everyone was being told that if you got it, you would DIE. I think she did it as part of AAPS (Association of American Physicians & Surgeons) efforts to help people and keep them out of the death trap hospitals. She is a woman of faith & has a calm, matter-of-fact, positive demeanor. She went through a guide for dealing with COVID, gave the nutraceuticals, etc. that would help, and reassured countless people that they would be just fine.
Dr. Vliet’s video was the first thing I really saw on early treatment & I showed it to my folks. None of us are ‘vaxxed’. We followed her advice and shortly thereafter, we were also on the Dr. Zelenko protocol (my ‘hero’ - love Dr. Z, may he RIP - felt like I’d lost a family member when he died).
Dr. Vliet is now tackling cancer & using repurposed drugs rather than the toxic brews of Big Harma. The point is that people should have a CHOICE as to what form(s) of treatment they take ... chemo/radiation are not the be-all, end-alls of treatment, especially with the turbo cancers.

Some woman who worked in a fingerprint lab was able to frame her husband for murder using some method of transferring his fingerprints to the car door handle of the victim.

“Bloodline Detectives” is a good show dealing with this type of crime solving. (If you can overlook Nancy Grace as the host.)
I pray for my son as he is in the Air Force (currently Saudi Arabia) and was trying to finish up his Masters degree in engineering (upstate NY) in which they required the jabs. He has a wife and daughter.

I was a friend of the guy that won the Nobel Prize for PCR which helps replicate small amounts of DNA. He said that was the most satisfaction he got out of the project. Said he received 2-3 letters a month from the wrongly convicted and now free due to the process.
“The defense said as the trial progresses, jurors must consider whether it can be proven that sexual contact happened at the same time as the beating.”
I need help with this statement. Does that mean if he only beat her to death without raping her he is innocent?

All the DNA companies I have dealt with just use saliva, not blood, to get the DNA.
There is a ‘detox’ protocol he should try/do. Dr. McCullough has one that he has done a paper on (Link: https://www.jpands.org/vol28no3/mccullough.pdf ). If your son only had the first 2 jabs, that is “good” compared to those who continued with boosters - the booster seems to be the tipping point for a lot of people ... Dr. Z called the 3rd shot/booster the “death shot”.
If your son did NOT get a sore arm, that is a major positive. If he did get a sore arm, then the detox program would be an especially good thing for him to do ...

But ancesorty.com had nothing to do with that case. The evidence that broke the case was from a bite on the dead victim which was matched from a discarded cup.
