A Nevada grand jury on Wednesday indicted six Republicans who submitted certificates to Congress falsely declaring Donald Trump the winner of the 2020 presidential election in their state, making Nevada the third to seek charges against so-called “fake electors.”
“We cannot allow attacks on democracy to go unchallenged,” Nevada’s Democratic Attorney General Aaron Ford said in a statement Wednesday. “Today’s indictments are the product of a long and thorough investigation, and as we pursue this prosecution, I am confident that our judicial system will see justice done.”
The fake electors — involved in the state GOP or Clark County GOP — have been charged with offering a false instrument for filing and uttering a forged instrument. Those two categories of felonies have penalties that range from one year up to either four or five years in prison.

There have to be consequences at some point.
Chesebro pleaded guilty last month to one count of conspiracy to file false documents, a lesser charge than the seven felony counts he originally faced including a state Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) charge. Those charges mainly pertained to Chesebro’s efforts to organize the pro-Trump electors, who ultimately met in seven states won by now-President Biden.
They are doing it in Arizona next. THey did nothing wrong.
Are the rules on alternate electors different in each state? I wonder.
As in who can legally submit them and does any state official have to agree to the submission, or not.

The Communist Purge Continues To Grow Exponentially & Nothing Is Being Done About It!
Just proves how stupid and gullible the grand jury system is in our country. For it to work correctly, grand jury members must be able to think, not just be led.
These guys WERE NOT ELECTORS CERTIFIED BY THE STATE.
Any docs submitted to Congress were fraudulent.
