Weiss is in Delaware so it's probably Estrada but other than that, I think you're right on target. They probably got a request from the Comer committee regarding paper that ties Hunter directly to Joe so Estrada indicts Hunter and then says "ongoing investigation" until after the election when everything gets dropped.
INdict him, and drag out the doiscoveryprocess so long that he can claim the 5th becease of an ongoing investigation and orosecution. The FBI will refuse to comment or leak.
