Two reactions from big pharma:

1) raise prices on all drugs not on the list to recover return on investment lost by this action.

2) reduce or eliminate participation in the public supported development of drugs in the future to avoid this problem.

Another reaction might be to hire a slew of powerful lawyers and this plan will be added to the growing list of Biden-actions knocked down hard by the courts.

Few entities have better legal resources than Big Pharma.
Also a lot of Congressional pols in their pockets too.

here's the solution....we need to stop taking so many meds, myself included....

there are natural remedies....weight loss, vitamins and minerals, herbs and spices, fresh air and sunlight, meditation, etc....

I suspect this is an arranged ‘game’, where Big Pharma has already selected the drugs for Biden to go after, and they know the legal consequences for the gov’t....they will be forced to pay (way over 100-percent of current value) ‘damages’.

You can figure tens of billions to be paid later to the companies involved.
