They’re probably trying to create a linkage between him and someone who may have called him who was at the capitol, but will spin it as Trump must have been giving orders to whoever called.
The guy on the line could be an informant or an actor placing a call on Pelosi’s behalf, to create a record to exploit later, for all we know.
Or this could relate to kooky Cassidy Hutchinson’s claims regarding things she claims she heard from others she thought she recognized, etc.
