I read one of the reports on this incident and yes it appears that there was no provable fraud. Also it turns out that the Republican election officials were not sent home by the election workers but instead were sent home by a Republican election official who misunderstood that only one team of election workers was being sent home at the end of the night (the team that removed the ballots from the envelopes). She apparently thought all the election worker teams were shutting down and she was the reason all the other Republicans left the facility. The election worker ballot counting teams had never been told to shut down and go home for the night and they kept working.

The Left has had it in for Giuliani from the 1990s, when he cleaned up New York City after 25 years of liberal or ineffective mayors and greatly lowered rampant crime. Under his leadership, and that of Mike Bloomberg, a liberal but no fool, New York City had a physical and economic renaissance even as other large cities in the North and the West Coast continued to decline into their present hellhole conditions.

This was about more than just two election workers. This is payback, just as Richard Nixon was punished for his attacks on Alger Hiss and Helen Gahagan Douglas.

After what we saw decades ago against Richard Nixon and what is ongoing with regard to Donald Trump and other opponents of the Deep State, this looks like vengeance. There is visual evidence that the two election workers engage in fraudulent activity. In a just world, Giuliani would receive a medal not a $125 million judgment against him.

I don’t believe there was a trial. I believe this was the case where Giuliani did not respond somehow and the judge entered a default judgement. Why Giuliani did that is beyond me, but his stupid actions do not negate the obvious documented truth caught on video.
