It would be better to invent a CO2 vaccine, and encourage all liberals to have one, along with periodic boosters to ensure that the original one still works, and protect against any new strains of CO2 poisoning that might linger in the atmosphere. Localize the problem and solution to the ones who are most vulnerable.
