It would be quite nice to purge corporate America of all commies and marxists, while they are at it.

Same here. Fortunately, I'm retiring within 4 months.

>>Oh my is wokeness dying,

Nope, just rebranding. When ‘communism’ became unpopular, they called it ‘socialism’, and when people realized that was basically the same thing, they called it ‘progressivism’ and then ‘social justice’...

From the article:
“Many CEOs stress that they continue to follow sustainability commitments made years ago—even if they are no longer talking about them as often publicly”

I am planning on this year too. I am thankful that I work from home. I can avoid most of the ESG nonsense. The few times I go into the office, it is very noticeable and not a comfortable place to be.

Imagine that. After two years of the market hardly returning to where it was investors are tired of anything that does not earn money.

I want doctors, engineers, pilots, cops, the military and all others to be competent and I want my investments to earn money and grow. Simple as that. I don't give a hoot in hell how diverse they are or anything about ESG just as long as the are honest, moral, ethical and responsible. Anything else is waste of my money and not what I expect.

“...just as long as the are honest, moral, ethical and responsible”

I would add competent, talented, smart, accomplished, and full of expertise.

You can find incompetent and complete morons who are honest, moral, ethical and responsible.

Al Sharpton complained a couple of weeks ago about how corporations were losing interest in DEI and were cutting off contributions. That’s one of the reasons he was so upset about the firing/resigning of Claudine Gay at Harvard.

“ESG stands for environmental, social, and (corporate) governance.” Which means these poopoo brains can’t even do abbreviations right.

Something I've worked hard for and planned well for. But now that it's near and a firm date is set...I can't eat. I can't sleep well. I find it hard to concentrate. I can only think of one thing.

It's...
