All of this scare-ism is laughable.
Laudanum was used during the yellow fever epidemic. Innumerable Victorian women were prescribed the drug for relief of menstrual cramps and vague aches. Nurses also spoon-fed laudanum to infants. The Romantic and Victorian eras were marked by the widespread use of laudanum in Europe and the United States.

Real food is unprocessed-as in fresh veggies, fruit, meat-not frozen in a bag or box, not precooked, not in a can, not in a plastic bag-as in bread or baked goods. Use real butter-not margarine, and olive oil instead of bottled, processed oil, etc. Real cheese instead of processed cheese that is only half cheese-the other ingredients are hydrogenated oil, etc. Natural, organic and unprocessed-that is “real” food-paleo diet is real food-been eating that way most of my life, also drug free-no overweight, no colds flu every year, no lack of energy-it works...

Why? Canned food is neither organic or unprocesed-it is just fancy-labeled canned food...

Real food means something your great grandparents would have eaten. Actual whole unprocessed food that isn't ultra-processed, full of cheap ingredients, antibiotics, etc.
Traditionally raised meat, vegetables, fruits.
