Were the Xiden’s the consultants on how to set up shell companies?

One thought.

All these levels create so much complexity that Bill Gates isn’t as really in charge as much as he thinks he his. His power brokers take their cut and he as less return and profit than if he was honest about it.

I don't see anything particularly nefarious. When you have the kind of money he has, investing it can be a challenge.

Given that the outlook for the foreseeable future is inflationary, parking money in productive land makes sense from a wealth preservation standpoint.

He’s not taking any of that cash on his short ride to Hell.

Needed: hearings in Congress and the state legislature.

Organic food in general or specifically unpasteurized milk? If the latter then this is not news.

If the government decides that farming generates too much greenhouse gas, Gates is more likely to comply and let the land lie fallow unlike the farmers in Germany and Denmark. Can you say famine?

About a year ago, supposedly some unidentified money source was buying up farming and ranching land in the Rio Vista area.

Due to the Sac Bee and other liberal sources, no real coverage re the $ source was published.

One thing that is being overlooked is that farmland sits over the Ogallala Aquifer and millions of acre feet of shallow fresh water. Gates is a very dangerous man like Soros and Kerry, they want control.

Silicon Valley billionaires behind secretive new California city reveal map and other details of proposed development!:

BYJANIE HAR AND THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
January 17, 2024 at 2:18 AM PST

Promoters of a secretive Silicon Valley-backed ballot initiative to build a new city on farmland between Sacramento and San Francisco are releasing more details of their plan as they submit paperwork Wednesday to qualify for the November election.

California Forever, the company that stealthily snapped up more than $800 million of Solano County land in recent years, envisions a new community on roughly 30 square miles (75 square kilometers) between Travis Air Force Base and the tiny city of Rio Vista, according to a presentation by the group.

Bill Gates Set Up 20 Shell Companies to Hide Purchase of $113 Million of Nebraska Farmland.

The limited liability companies, buried under layers of business names, overlapping employees and addresses in at least three states, form a network more tangled and opaque than the one created by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is buying a giant amount of Nebraska ranch land.

Ok but even if out of production, property taxes on agriculturally zoned property are low. His money managers will weigh carrying costs versus annual 10+ percent Bidenflationary gains.

I never thought I’d see the day when I thought the USA might need land reform. But here we are.

If investing were his only goal, why the complex network of shell companies with multiple overlapping interested parties and jurisdictions? He wouldn’t do that without a reason, so, what is that reason? Recall that the Bidens set up multiple shell companies, apparently to receive, launder and distribute foreign bribe money to various family members (for whatever reason).

The locals need to deny any attempt by Gates to farm that land.

I am a big fan of Jeremy Clarkson (Top Gear). There are two seasons of episodes of Clarkson’s Farm on Prime. It’s an enlightening look into the government crap farmers in the UK have to put up with and how one townie can upset the applecart and force farmers into expensive impediments to profitability.

Clarkson’s Farm is also hilarious watching a novice learn how to farm - Jeremy makes every mistake you can imagine. Kaleb Cooper (his young mentor and helper) and Cheerful Charlie Ireland (the land management agent) are perfect in supporting roles. His girlfriend, Lisa Hogan, (actress and model) is full of suggestions and manages the farm store. Gerald Cooper is the “head of security” and whose grasp of the English language is indecipherable by us Americans (and virtually everyone else on the show). It’s a wonderful and educational documentary show! A third season will be out this year and a fourth has been approved.

In one episode Jeremy set up a store to sell his and his neighbors local produce. The Town shut him down and told him he had to replace the roof on his store with a metal one. He did at great expense. In a later episode the same town council told him he had to replace the metal one with a slate roof at even greater expense.

If ever I get to England, I’d like to go to Chadlington and dine at his covert restaurant.

To avoid having speculators get involved based solely on Bill Gates involvement.
