How awful for this couple to go through such an ordeal and then for the cops to not believe them and tell the public it was a hoax.
Yeah, i agree. Just watched it today.
It was awful, but honestly I just watched the show and I didn’t believe them either when they told their story.
It was just so over the top unbelievable and they were just so calm and matter of fact about it all it was hard to believe what they were saying. I mean.. men in wet suits waking you up with lasers and making you drink nyquil?

The Vallejo Police are keystone cops. In 2019,

I started this last night and it’s actually well done.
I watched that show. Surprising that the police there automatically went to not believing husband or wife. They were proved horribly wrong in the end. IIRC, they settled out of court with the two for $2.5 million.
