Joe Biden is such an enemy.
He must be removed from office BEFORE his term ends.
Because he does not deserve to leave office in victory:

Yep, put those taxes in a trust as recognized legal timely payment to the IRS but held in trust pending litigation and or arbitration. Let the IRS come. They cannot act without approval and cooperation of state and local jurisdictions.
No different that the feds just denying finds to states at the drop of a hat for any reason they like. THEY set the legal precedent first.

wording of the Constitution seems pretty clear on that issue of invasion.
I suspect that the liberal view of this is going to be that an invasion is not what we’re seeing. They will Define invasion as meaning a military attack , not illegal aliens pouring across the border. We will see.....

I am pretty sure that isn’t the legal argument the government will use against Texas.
Funny, to the Dems a massive influx of unwanted entrants some in their vast numbers carrying illegal and life threatening drugs to spread among the populace is not an invasion, but a celebration of the immigration story. While an unarmed protest of govt action where a fer hundred entered the Capitol structure is an insurrection.

It's irritating to me to hear people keep blaming Joe Biden for everything, when he can't even manage to control his bowels. He isn't making any of these decisions....
I see this showdown as the potential Ft. Sumpter of the second Civil War. The border states of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Idaho could secede pinching off the flow of illegals, yeah “illegals” from Mexico and the rest of the world.
It is obvious that California, Oregon and Washington will not impede the flow, so they will also have to be considered as Mexico del Norte.
If the left continues to control the government, it will piss away any military capability on its former citizens, leaving us low-handing fruit for the rest of the world.
