We are always way outspent by the other side. Trump, with his amazing energy and charisma, helps a lot. This guy, with $20 million to put into his own campaign, also helps.

We have to remember that, when the stupid and gullible are a key part of one’s constituency, your voters vote by rote, but most are not ideologues , and can be distracted by shiny objects. When I see headlines like this, I start to get excited, but then I remember that Senate Republicans will simply use a majority to pass legislation that is economically advantageous to their donors and do little else with it.
