A PBS documentary released this week shows that the January 6 Committee used James Goldston, the former president of ABC News, to create a “miniseries” whose primary purpose was to create primetime propaganda that would reach the American public.
The committee was derided by critics as a “show trial” because then-Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) rejected the nominees of the minority party, for the first time in American history, and appointed anti-Trump Republicans in their place.
Every single member of the committee opposed Donald Trump, and testimony was initially held behind closed doors, meaning witnesses were denied due process, since the other side of the argument was never represented, nor contrary evidence brought.

I’m only surprised PBS allowed this documentary to be made. Maybe they suspect the jig is up and too much evidence is turning up that Jan6 was an organized charade orchestrated by the Dems, so now they are being forced to address this issue.
Soon they pivot to the vaccine is a killer and it is all Trumps fault, fauci will be the first witness for the prosecution saying he warned Trump that he was not following the science. Any evidence to the contrary will sealed …..

PBS should have been eliminated from the federal feeding trough decades ago. Cutoff was always blocked by many republicans when we had solid republican majorities.
I’m very surprised too. I would not think PBS would allow this documentary calling out the bogus nature of the committee. There has to be a reason. Are they going to blame Schiff so as to force him out and get someone even more liberal elected Senator in California? Actual journalism as opposed to propaganda is not their usual M.O. Something seems fishy.
I want to make sure some of my liberal friends watch it.
I have searched the internet for more information on this documentary and can only find a similar story on BBCGossip. I have looked at the schedule for PBS shows in my area and found nothing being aired that i can identify as this documentary.
So, when will it be shown or is this what we use to refer to as “fake news.”

16 posts in and I only see confusion on the part of Freepers. The comments are also not based on actually watching the TV show - to the point that some of you believe it is favorable to Trump and against the Jan 6th committee.
I suggest you watch it. I did. Call it propaganda if you wish but it is powerful if you are uninformed or misinformed.
